ABOUT ALEXANDER JENKIN
My own healing journey
My path as a practitioner has been deeply connected to my own search for healing and meaning. Facing a challenging adolescence marked by family conflicts, eating disorders, and addictions, I was fortunate to discover good mentors and modalities that guided me back toward myself. This process and experience sparked my curiosity about philosophical and spiritual traditions, leading me to immerse myself in practices such as yoga, meditation, and the study of wisdom traditions like Sufism, Buddhism, Hermetism, and South American shamanism.
Seeking to deepen my understanding of myself and my purpose, I pursued studies in health and natural therapies at the Institute of the Environment in Santiago in 2010, where I delved into a wide range of holistic practices, such as yoga, meditation, Bach flower remedies, psychology, herbal medicine, massage therapy, and more.
After completing my studies, I went to California where I got inspired to co-found a health and wellness project focused on organic superfoods and nourishing clean food in Santiago, Chile. A project that taught me invaluable lessons in resilience, teamwork, social responsibility, and entrepreneurship.
Following this chapter, my desire to explore different cultures brought me to Europe. Traveling across the continent allowed me to reconnect with my roots and gain new perspectives. Just before the pandemic, I moved to southwest Australia, where I deepened my practice in bodywork— working and training alongside skilled Thai massage teachers in the Margaret River community.
Since 2019, I have continued to expand my knowledge in therapeutic processes, focusing on bodywork and integral coaching.
In 2022, my partner and I founded Flow & Ground, a project dedicated to facilitating group breathwork workshops at festivals, events, and yoga retreats. Today, I am based between Berlin and Innsbruck, where I run my own treatment studio, working with individuals of all ages and conditions.
My mission is to create a safe and nurturing space where people can reconnect with their bodies, release tension, and cultivate a sense of balance, presence, and meaning.
